amazing lodging experience
clean access elegant design
I found the underground parking very convenient with clean direct access to the hotel. the reception and lounge areas featured a very grand and elegant design. the staff were very polite and helpful. I felt welcomed throughout my stay.
Upon arrival, i parked in the very tight carpark. spaces are small. When another car parked next to mine, i found it difficult to get back into my car until they left. this.

spacious room really good facilities friendly staff expensive parking hard bed outdated decor
i booked a beautiful king or queen room it was so spacious. the bathroom had really good facilities i was very impressed. the staff were friendly and helpful , made my stay even better
the parking was very expensive i think £17 a night is a bit much. the bed felt very hard i did not sleep well. the room decor felt outdated a refresh would be great

serene room really good comfort fresh pastries
I adored our superior queen room. It felt spacious and serene. the bed provided really good comfort, i melted into its embrace each night. breakfast offered a good variety. The fresh pastries were a daily delight.
the mini bar was empty. a few snacks or beverages would have been most welcome.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in an excellent location. It made exploring the city very easy. The staff were especially friendly and cute (I always appreciate great service!). My room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is well-kept, and the underground car park is very convenient. Breakfast had a generous buffet offering with cooked and continental options. The variety was great, and everything tasted fresh.
Check-in took a little longer than I expected due to a queue at reception.

perfect location tasty breakfast great parking
i slept well. jeuxanna at reception was a joy. my daughter loved her. breakfast was tasty. it was hot and plentiful. location was perfect and parking was great at £17 for 24 hours.
the room needed some touch ups. it was disappointing. i had no knowledge of two large noisy events for the evening. the noise stopped me from sleeping until past midnight.

i found the staff to be very attentive. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. the hotel is close to many attractions and transport links. the room had a large desk, helpful for working.
the in-room hairdryer was not very powerful.

i stayed in the beautiful double room two double beds. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, it was very helpful. it also had new and modern fixtures. the size of the room was great for a short stay.
the tea selection in the room was limited.
